Before I build anything, I show them exactly what I'm going to build. Structure, scope, format. They confirm. Nothing moves until they do. Not every cycle requires a Sync — when the Session produces complete clarity, we move straight to Ship.

After the first Mirror cycle, we learned something: even when the process is working perfectly, clients need to see where they are. Not ambiguity — architecture. The Status Page answers every question before it's asked.
